This inter-company training course is designed for administrators and functional leads who want to understand, configure, and effectively maintain the platform.
You will learn how to configure modules, manage profiles and permissions, structure data, adapt the tool to your organization’s needs, and guarantee a smooth, consistent, and scalable user experience.
Objective
The objective of this module is to learn how to configure and administer the ProjeQtOr application.
Upon completion of this module, trainees will be able to understand the technical and functional aspects of configuration, automation, and access rights management in ProjeQtOr.
Inter-company training program
This 2 half-day session aims to explain how to configure and administer ProjeQtOr.

The approach is pragmatic, demonstrating how to perform tasks within the application.
The presentation is conducted directly on the latest stable version of the application, using the existing user manual and a specially designed slideshow as needed.

Price and number of seats
Limited to 20 participants for optimal interaction with our expert.
The cost is 530 € exVAT per participant.
Session and presentation
The program takes place over two half-days.
The training is delivered via videoconference.
A connection link will be sent to you after registration.
Mandatory prerequisites
Participants are advised to have experience using the ProjeQtOr tool and to be familiar with the vocabulary and basic concepts of Project Management.
Registration deadlines
You must submit your registration request 7 days or more before your chosen date, if you wish to have the training funded by your OPCO.
Unlike the free demonstration, this training course is a paid prestation.
A quote/agreement will be sent to you to confirm your registration.
ProjeQtOr reserves the right to cancel this session if the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached.
Your registration will only be finalized once this minimum number of participants is reached and after we receive your confirmation of the quote (either by signing the quote or submitting a purchase order in your company’s format).
