This inter-company training course allows you to fully leverage the planning features: project structuring, milestones, dependencies, resource workload and capacity, adjustments, and variance tracking.
Objective
The objective is to present the planning capacities of the ProjeQtOr project management software so that trainees understand the various concepts involved and the objects used.
Upon completion of this module, trainees will be able to create, read, and manage a project schedule using ProjeQtOr, mastering the necessary concepts.
Inter-company training program
This 2 half-day session aims to explain how to configure and administer ProjeQtOr.
The training is structured around the following axes:
- Project creation
- Resource management
- Resource allocation
- Activity creation
- Assignment of resources to activities
- Using different planning modes
- Using rates, priorities, and dependencies
- Saving and viewing planning history
- Planning optimization
- Time tracking
- Planning Reporting (Printing, Exporting)
- Management of pools of resources
- Using the global planning and other planning views
- Reports overview
The approach is pragmatic, showing how to perform tasks within the application.
The presentation is conducted directly on the latest stable version of the application, using the existing user manual and a specially designed slideshow as needed.

Price and number of seats
Limited to 20 participants for optimal interaction with our expert.
The cost is 530 € exVAT per participant.
Session and presentation
The program takes place over two half-days.
The training is delivered via videoconference.
A connection link will be sent to you after validation of your registration.
Mandatory prerequisites
Participants are advised to have experience using the ProjeQtOr tool and to be familiar with the vocabulary and basic concepts of Project Management.
Registration deadlines
You must submit your registration request at leaset 7 days before your chosen date, or more if you wish to have the training funded by your OPCO.
Unlike the free demonstration, this training course is a paid prestation.
A quote/agreement will be sent to you to confirm your registration.
ProjeQtOr reserves the right to cancel this session if the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached.
Your registration will only be finalized once this minimum number of participants is reached and after we receive your confirmation of the quote (either by signing the quote or submitting a purchase order in your company’s format).
