Terms of Service (ToS)

This page sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Use for the ProjeQtOr website (hereinafter “the Site”) and the ProjeQtOr software, published by ProjeQtOr SAS.
By accessing the Site and/or using the software, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions without reservation.

2. Object

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define:

  • The terms and conditions of access and use of the Site and the ProjeQtOr software.
  • The rights and obligations of the user and the publisher.
  • The rules applicable to the forum and collaborative spaces of the Site.

3. Access to the site and software

  • Access to the Site is free and available 24/7, subject to technical interruptions.
  • Some services (forum, user area, file download) may require the creation of an account.
  • The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their data up to date.

4. Using ProjeQtOr software

  • ProjeQtOr is a free and open-source software.
  • The user can download, install, use and modify the software in accordance with the applicable open source license (LGPL V3).
  • Any redistribution of the software must comply with the terms of this license.
  • The software is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty of operation.

5. Forum and collaborative space

  • The user agrees to respect the rules of good conduct: no slanderous, abusive, discriminatory or illegal content.
  • The messages posted are the responsibility of their author.
  • The publisher (administrator of the forum) reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content and/or suspend any user access in case of non respect of the Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual property

  • The content published on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, technical documents) is the property of ProjeQtOr SAS or their respective authors.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited, except for parts of the software covered by the open-source license.

7. Responsibility

  • The publisher makes every effort to ensure the reliability of the information and services offered.
  • The publisher cannot be held responsible for:
    • Errors or omissions on the Site,
    • Interruptions or malfunctions of the Site or the software,
    • Damages resulting from the use of the Site, forum or software.

8. Personal data

The information collected during registration or use of the forum is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy
