[SOLVED] Since upgrade to 6.0.5 not able to save any data. Always gets Technical Error

Hi, Since the upgrade of ProjeQtor to 6.05 each time I or my staff try to add a new activity or ticket or update the status we receive the following error

Technical issue occured possibly due to bad network connection.
Please try again.
If issue persists, please contact your administrator.
Contact your administrator.

All our other programs work perfectly without any errors and we I spoke with our Host Server Company they said after checking that everything is fine with the network.

We have tried it on multiple computers and in different IP locations and we continually receive the same error.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

1) Check for errors in Browser console and post error message here.

2) Try with different browser, without any extension

I have tried with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox all with updated version and the error still occurs. Here is what I receive in the error message.

I tried demo.projeqtor and it worked. I logged in as manager and created ticket #132 and no problem at all.

So there is an issue with your inatallation on your server.
Maybe you should retry the install, unzipping file.
Also make sure to transfer zip file on server and unzip it on server to avoid file transfer issues.

I tried installing again by unzipping file on server but now it logs me in by saying login accepted and then shows blank page.

it sometimes happens when php retrieves old session.
Try and clean browser cache and delete cookies.

I did clear cache and cookies, it displayed login page after this but again after login, it says login accepted and shows blank page,

I am getting following error.
ERROR : Declaration of ActivityMain::getStaticColCaptionTransposition() should be compatible with SqlElement::getStaticColCaptionTransposition($fld = NULL) in ActivityMain.php

I can not remove php-mbstring as it is used by another website.

There is not such issue in community version.

Maybe you changed some code of unziping was not correct.

I am 100% sure that no one changed code and unzipping was done on server so there should not be any mistake.

Can you please search for existing ActivityMain.php file in whole project structure.
Where do you find it ?

Also show definition of function getStaticColCaptionTransposition() in files

What is you version of PHP ?

I can see two ActivityMain.php files.
1. /model/ActivityMain.php
2. /model/custom/ActivityMain.php

/model/ActivityMain.php

/model/custom/ActivityMain.php is not part of ProjeQtOr.
Maby you copied it for tests.
There should never be any XxxxMain.php in /model/custom.
Just remove it.

I removed the file mentioned by you. Now it logs me in and show all activities and all details however, whenever I try to save anything I get following error.

Also when i try to add any note it shows following error.
ERROR : noteRefType parameter not found in REQUEST
Contact your administrator.

First be sure to clean browser cache.

Then, report any erro reported in projeqtor log file, in apache error log file oir in browser console.

Remove and reinstall again php-mbstring. I had the same trouble and that solved the issue.

Test it, please.
