Whats the purpose of the Speech Balloon icon at attachments? It reacts to mouse hovering, and the mouse cursor changes to the "hyperlink hand", which seems to indicate that it's a "hotspot" of some sort, but clicking it actually does not do anything.
Is it only supposed to indicate that the attachment has a comment? This comment however is displayed right next to the icon... And in this case, maybe the icon should not react to mouse hover and the mouse cursor should not change into the hyperlink cursor.
Or is it supposed to be a hotspot, which currently does not work for some reason?
It just displays the comment defined on the attachment.
Mh, but the speech balloon itself does not display anything - not when clicked and not when hovered above.
So maybe I understood something wrong, or the mouse cursor really should not transform into a "hyperlink hand" when hovering this icon (as it's no hyperlink and does not trigger any action when clicked).

If description not entered, the name of file is displayed on the table, and no "speech ballon" displayed.
If description is entered, then desciption is displayed on the table, and "speech ballon" displays the name of file
