Hello
I asked again a question about meeting's assignation.
I would like to force planning to accept that for a meeting someone could work more than the 7 hours (ETQ).
If I have a meeting with 8 hours... the assigned resource has always 1 hours not planed, because it is more that the official duration of working time for this resource (ETQ = 7 hours).
Is it possible to force it ?
Best regards
Christophe

No

No
Really? you can't assign for one exceptional day more that 7 hours (if ETQ = 7 hours) ? Never... Even for a meeting?
It is strange... no?
We have part-time worker... 0?8 ETQ. And all the meetings are more or less 7 hours. And the resources need to travel, and this time is for our organisation "50% working time". So for a 7 hours, the 0?8ETQ could spend 12 hours for the meeting. How could I plan a such extra times?
Don't you think it could be a good thing to make it possible in a new version?

No, not for resource with capacity = 1
Planning will never plan more than resource capacity.

You cannot plan this extra time on same day for the meeting.
Only possibility is to directly enter real work for the meeting : real work has not constraint and is always right.

No, this is one basis on Planning calculation in ProjeQtOr...
