The "report" section of Projeqtor give some interssant reports but each company would have specific report and it has nos sense to developp all the reports on ProjeQtor (or develop a BI tool in ProjeQtor).
In my company, we use PowerBi (BI software from Microsoft).
I have some questions :
- Is there a way to connect the Projeqtor Database with PowerBi ? If yes, could you give me some informations to do that ? (main steps for begining 🙂
- Is there a schema or documentation of the database to understand relations between tables ?

My previous answer was not about impossibility to connect to PowerBi, but there is no information on how to do this.
You may try : projeqtor db is just a MySql database so you may connect any BI/Report/Query tool, but I don't know about existing help on that point.
I know about users who connected db woth ODBC and generate reports with Excel.
This requires basic DB knowledge and good Excel skills.
Hi,
i've managed to do this in PowerBI, with nice results. I have created a dedicated RO user in mysql, enabled connections from the outside, then connected pretty easily.
The only "Pain" is that the database is very well designed in a Star schema, so there's a lot of tables and relationships to take care about, and of course some business logic to "recreate" to obtain correct results.
