Hi,
I do not understand why as an admin i can see all fields related to ticket & Ticket-work, but other profiles do not display such fields even if in the plugin for customization, everything is opened in both blocks.
Please help.

This is managed through "specific acces right", aprameter "show work".
If set to "no" or "validated only" for a given profile, users won't see work fields.
