Good mornig.
Is it possible view in activities list the assignment resources?
If I search in available columns ("Select column to display") there are many attribute but don't assignment resources.

No you cannot.
It is because you can assign several resources to an activity, and it is not possible to display 1 to Many relationship in a flat list.
If you always have 1 only resource assigned, define it as Responsible : assignment is then automatically added, and you can select Responsible in the list.
