Hello,
must I change the status "copied" of every activity, milestone, sub-process, etc. after copying a process template? Or do I something wrong?

Copied status is some kind of temporary status, before recorded.
It is there because in most cases, you need to update some fields before it is concidered as recorded (and possibly send by mail).
You can change status of all activities in one step with multiple update mode.
