[#4401]

Hello,

One Project Manager in my company has a problem with an activity which has a strange behavior with assigned, planned and real work.

Here is the situation

The ressource assigned has 0,1d assigned and 0,8d real work

But if I search in the menu "Real work allocation" for this ressource, there is no real work input.

When I search for this ressource in the different reports to found, for this activity, if real work is allocated, I don't find anything.

What I would like to do is to have no 0 in assigned, real work for this ressource, and for the activity too, to be able to suppress this activity.

How can I do that ?

Thanks for a little help 🙂

Regards,
Damien

And some new informations......this occurs right now on one of my project.

I input real work allocation to a user for an activity (Act A).......the input is correctly took into account....but there is too an other real work allocation for the same user on a other activity (Act B ) that appears  (real work I did't input)

When I go to this concerned activity (Act B ), I see real work and a real date (23/12/2106) : a few second before, there was no date !!! (my project has a start date on 25/04/2017 and absolutly no activity start before this date.

When I go on real work allocation screen, on the 23/12/2016, for the concerned ressource, I didn't see any real work input (I saw others week, before, and after, since today, and no real work appears.

If I use report to see "workload by ressource / annual", there is no workload for 2016, and no workload for 2017 for the activity Act B.

I can't supress the "false" workload input because it's doesn't appear.

I really don't understand anymore what's happend.

Can you help me ?

Regards,
Damien

Like previous post, seach for work referencing the activity, then you'll get the concerned week where real work exists.

Hello,

Like previous post, I've got the same problem : I find in table the week ans day who realwork would be entered.

But if I go to this week directly in ProjeQtor, ther is nothing in the field for this week/day/ressource :-(.

Is it possible to delete theses entry directly in the table ?

If yes, in wich table can I do that ?

Regards,
Damien

Delete directly in the table : NO !

What you can do is a small php script.
Something like :

delete();
?>
