Hello,
how can show within grid columns the "Description" field ? On name I have to use a issue # that is coded into Jira and so I can't use a string there.
Is it possible to configure the list of available columns shown ??

You cannot.
Fields with text editor (description, result) can contain up to 16MB of data.
So, for performance reason they cannot be displayed in lists.
