Hello
How to modify php files (php code) to add the three fileds (Criticality, Urgency, Priority ) on the activity, like tickets fileds ? :huh:

Changing code will make you loose copatibility with next community versions.
You'd better use Screen Customization plugin, that will allow you to add new fields, and keep being compatible with next community versions.
