Bonjour,
Une ressource peut être affecter à plusieurs projets qui n'ont rien a voir entre eux. comment faire pour que cette ressource soit chef de projet sur le projet A et membre du projet dans le projet B ?

You can define different profiles, for each project, on the affectation.
Advise : give the resource a default profile corresponding to highest rights (to get acces to expected screens)
