Bonjour,

Cordialement

Hello,

We use Projeqtor for hotline, we create tickets on one project.
The problem is that we can't affect a ticket to a client (to have an historical).
Is it possible to import our database (customers : name, adresse, phone...)?
Is it possible to select a customer for each ticket in one project?

Thank you.

(sorry for my bad inglish)

Yes, use import feature.

Customer is not selected on Ticket, it is selected on Project...
Then requestor for ticket can be selected on tickets from contacts of project customer.

Thank you for your answer.

"Then requestor for ticket can be selected on tickets from contacts of project customer. "
-> I have only one project for all tickets about hotline : I can't create a project for each call and then create a ticket.
Do you think I can manage my hotline's ticket simply with Projeqtor or I must use an other soft?

Of course you can.
Just just need one project.
But maybe you should use "contact" instead of "customer".
This means you may have one only customer, a "global" one, and each contact will be your customer.

Other idea is to use the Screen Customization plugin to add idClient in screen Ticket.
This way, you will be able to select customer (references in Client object) on the ticket.

Thank-you for your answer.
It's a good idea but in my tickets I don't have the field Contact!

With Screen Customization plugin, you can easily add new field.
Just name it idContact and it will work as expected.
