Hi,
I need your help. I try to find the solution since several hours.
Is it possible to give the possibility of one user to modify a ticket if he is not the responsible or the requestor? All the persons affected on a project can modify it.

HI,
You have to create a special profil allowing this and modify the rights on profils for people working on tickets.
So you have to go straight to the rules of rights by profil.

Hi AlainForma,
Thanks for your reply. I know why I haven't sawed any modification when I was updating the permission. On each modification, a reconnection is necessary.
