In our operating model, the approved workload is fixed by the project manager, and assignments are made by department heads and their teams. To prevent problems, we want to implement safeguards to ensure that assigned hours do not exceed approved hours. If necessary, the project manager will be able to increase the number of approved hours, but only in a justified and structured manner.
