Hi,
i assign a pool of people on a project. But in ticket screen, when i want to select a responsible, people within the pool are not appearing in the list. Is it normal?

Yes it is normal. You have to assign people on a project to see them on the responsible list.
Maybe your idea will be a new evolution.
