Hello
We are going to use Projeqtor with SAML authentication, we want there to be no local backup password which is a constraint for us in terms of security
Is there a possibility to remove the local fallback password outside of the local administration accounts

Yes, it's possible.
For new users, you just have to set global parameter "initilalize password for new users" to "NO".
For existing users, you'll have to update it manually in DB, setting password to null
update resource, set password=null where id!={id of admin}
