I am new to Projeqtor; Have been assigned to verify and setup Projeqtor as per team requirements.
Requirement is that workflow should automatically move to next stage i.e.: From Recorded to In Progress if a specific activity is completed or a milestone is achieved.
Kindly adviseas how this could be achieved.
You can define your own workflows, but you'll have to manually change stauts (most of the case)
You can use few automations linked to real work allocation.
=> activity is moved to "in progress" when first real work in entered
=> activity is moved to "done" when no more left work exists
You'll find corresponding parameters in global parameters screen, in section "real work allocation"
How can i move automatically in progress and done in global parameter screen i can not find any option
On section real work allocation, parameters
Set to first 'handled' status
Set to first 'done' status
