Hello,
I am looking for a solution to manage the availability of people who are part of two different teams. Each team has its own absence tool.
Is it possible that each collaborator can enter these periods of unavailability where we cannot assign him a project.

Yes, it is possible for people to enter their leave period, there's a dedicated system for that in ProjeQtOr in the HR module.
