For some time I started on ProjeQtOr.
Despite my reading and my tests, I have questions that remain open.

1. Template management
I created a project "Template" with all the necessary phases and activities.
My goal is to be able to duplicate it so that all stages are created. It will suffice to complete the missing information.
Is this the right scenario?
Or
would it be better to have a CSV that one imports for tasks?
How to exclude it from reports? must be closed ?
I have created filters for the display, but on reports, in case of several projects, it is included.
2. Project time hours vs days
In project management, it is difficult to choose between time and day. I cannot measure the impact of one of the choices. Especially in relation to the schedule of collaborators who are not 100% in projects, but do other day-to-day tasks.
3. timesheet
In my tests, I am the only user (admin) of the system. I created tasks that I assigned to (human) resources. How to seize time/day for them? I have no possibility of entering.
Maybe it's that the time has not passed yet?

Yes, use template project is the best may, much better than CSV import.
You'll be able to copy the whole structure of the project, with different objects (activities, milestones, meetings).
2. Project time hours vs days
What is important is to clearly define convertion from hours to day (nb hours per day), as all work data are stores in days (and so converted in hours when needed)
For "not project activities", you can manage them as specific activities on dedicate project (that can be panned on a regular basis), or activities on administrative projects (that won(t be planned).
You can also play with capacity of resources to avoid planning fulle days for them.
3. timesheet
As admin you should be able to enter real work for others.
Resource must be "assigned" to activities to enter real work.

it is unfortunate that the half day (0.5) cannot be entered. that would be a plus. I saw that there was an open ticket on the subject.

Of course you can enter haf day (0,5) or 0,1 or 0,25...
I way just dealing with unit : days or hours. But whatever the unit, you can enter precision with 2 decimals : 0,25 day, 2,5 hours, ...
