Hello,
I noticed that budgets are not linked to the project. This means that everyone who has the right to make a budget, sees the budgets of others.
Is this normal or am I missing something?

Hi,
It is the normal design.
It is to be able to define budget for the enterprise (like an ERP more than like PMT)
