I wonder whether there is some tool to supervise the drawing on budget in projeqtor. Our projects have a fix budget, so we mustn't exceed it. Now we use excel for it but it is quite time consuming to monitor all invoices a personal cost. Both values (project expense and resource cost) are available in projeqtor but I need some weekly/monthly report to compare them with contract price and check whether there are some money left or whether the budget is already reached.

You have report "total expense and cost per month". Maybe it can fit your needs.
There is also the report "project dashboard" that summurises orders (the budget) and costs, but I'm not sure it takes expenses into account.

There are already some tickets within Projeqtor's roadmap ("Track Database") regarding this matter:
1044 - Report : earn value, planned value, actuel cost
1183 - Report "Project's expense by month" add sum for real and sum for planned
both of them targeted on V4.x
