Can confirm issue with upgrade taking forever:

Installed working version: 9.0
Upgrade wanted: 9.0.2

No login possible, no error log, nothing happens.

These errors are normal : the previous migration was done, only final step (updating current version name in parameters) failed.
So dropping already dropped index failed, creating already created index failed.

You instance is OK

Same issue, same fix : remove file projeqtor/file/cron/MIGRATION

I ended up doing a backup of the database, uploading the files to the server, and updating.
Everything and ok, well almost.

File MIGRATION is not created, in this directory there's only index.php.
There's no log as well. Looks like nothing is written.
Tried multiple downloaded files, new direcotory, ....
Give up for this (rm -rf *).

You must have errors.
Either in projeqtor error log or in apache error log or in php error log.
Please post any error logged.

NB : the more likely is incorrect access right to files : check that ph user have write acces to the whole projeqtor directory (recursively)
for instance on debian like distro :

sodu chown -R www-data: /var/www/html/projeqtor
sodu chmod -R 755 /var/www/html/projeqtor
