After upgrade to 4.4.1 release I can't open my project data saved in previous version.
Impotrant: I'am a beginner, so may be I simply don't know what need to do ...

How did you upgrade ?
I dounloaded 4.4.1. release and unzip it into www (localhost website) directory. Before start unzip I renamed "wwwprojector" directory into "wwwprojector_old" for probably rollback ...
It is because you renamed old...
You should have copied it to save.
It is important you "overwrite" previous installation.
1) file /tool/parametersLocation.php is not deployed as it is created on first install
2) this file indicated where your parameters.php file is : defaut is in /file/conf (so you may have lost it...)
3) you may also have file in /file sub-directories (if you kept default paremters on setup)
Way to fix :
Copy you _old to the current
Unzip again.
It should work...
