Hello,
I can not send a mail on projeqtor thank you to see the capture below.
When I check on the log file I have this message( PHPMail error : SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering.)

It is you mail server that rejects email.
You should analyse its log files to understand why.
