Hi,We are trying to configure "input mailbox for tickets", we are using Office365.
It always works a few minutes, tickets are correctly added but then the authentification fails and the input mailbox closes.
There is a screenshot in attachment, you can see that it worked well like 5 minutes and then "can not connect to mailbox".I didn't change anything.
Here are differents errors I got in logs :

Maybe Office365 interprets your reading as an attck.
Try and reduce frequency for reading mailbox
Yeah maybe you are right.
How can we reduce this ?
Another issue : it seems like projeqtor changes imap password himself.
For exemple yersterday at 10:07 PM imap password has been changed but no one was connected (see attachment).
