Hi,
We created a team in order to use notes that only concerns the team on a given ticket.
Is it possible that to receive mail notifications for those "team notes" as well as basic notes because we didn't manage to do it.

No, only public notes can generate emails.
Reason is that recipients of emails are defined independently to team (responsible, project leader, ...)
