Hello, I have question about the possibility of showing reports on total real works which we(our company) spent for answering our customers questions individually by tickets in ticket dashboard or any other places weekly, monthly or yearly.Thanks for your attention

You have some reports that do that.
You can give access to users depending on they profiles in Access Rights definition (access to reports)
Users will see values depending on their access rights : if they are allocated to one project, they will see figures for this project only.
