Hi, 
While upgrading to 10.1.4 from 10.0.3, I have a characterset problem. the characters fields where strings have accent does not appears. they are printed as blank. But they are still in the database (with accents).
What I've done :
mysqldump of 10.0.3 database to make a backup
mv projeqtor folders in old.projeqtor
unzip projeqtor 10.1.4
Launch from chrome.

upgrade OK, green no error
connect ... and issue with accents.
Try to reload backup and start again, same result.

note : the characterset of both databases is 
DEFAULT_CHARACTER_SET_NAME  utf8mb4
DEFAULT_COLLATION_NAME utf8mb4_general_ci

What is wrong in my procedure ? can you help me ?
