I got a little confusion about user and resources because I've to repeat almost 95% of same data on two forrms. Was it better to have only resources with a flag on a user field ?
The same for functions and profiles ... It's a bit confusing for me and almost all the characteristics are very similar.

just clic the cell is a resource from user screen, or just clic is an user from the resource screen will simplify your action.
they are not so similar.
Fonction means what is the job on an activty
User means that someone is able to connect to the application
Resource means that someone is able to work
contact is someone you work for.
Somebody can be one two ou three at the same time.
a profil gives CRUD rights on each project
