SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

please explain this message

Your connection to MySql database failed.
Possibly password is wrong for root user.
You can try "root", "mysql" or empty password for default instals.
If you changed this password, provide the good one.
