J'ai un petit problème dans la configuration de mon projeqtor.

J'ai bien configuré mes infos imaps pour la récupération des mails (pas d'erreur dans les logs) :

{imaps.mondomaine.com:993/ssl}INBOX

Mais dans la partie ticket il n'y a rien qui de créé.

Quand j'accède à la boite je vois bien qu'il y a des messages non lu à l'interieur.

Comment faire pour qu'a la réception d'un mail un ticket soit créé ?
