Is there any way to change the layout of a e-mail sent by projeqtor or the layout of the PDF reports generated by Projeqtor without coding, but just configurating a file?

For instance: in the meeting PDF report, the header shows the meeting ID. I'm using the PDF report generated by projeqtor as a minutes document that I email to the attendees. However, the meeting ID is not importante for the audience. The "project name - meeting name" would be able caught their attention better than the ID does. That's the reason of my question.
