Hello,
which could be the best workflow to convert an underestimated activity (initial element from a roadmap) to a project ?
There are some linked elements, but no real work or imputations.

Sorry, no idea. it depends only on your habits, the way you work.
Just an information, the workflow can progress without workload, it is just an information you make evolve looking at events.
