After install projeqtor on Windows Server 2016 the default login name admin and the password admin is not working. How can I reset the admin login password please?
Best is to reinstall db : drop all tables in db and reconnect.
The 7.X DB does not have enough information to rebuild the tables. Which one should I use please?
Don't try and rebuild yourself.
Drop all, all DB will be rebuilt.
I droped all the tables and I am using Plesk and I increased this to 3000
max_input_vars=1000 is too small - value should be at least 2000, 4000 recommended - check your php configuration (php.ini)
Now I droped all the tables closed the browser and there is no error messages and it's not rebuilding the tables.
When I try and login as admin admin its telling me that please wait until the upgrade is done but it's not rebuilding the tables now.

I deleted the database again, the file that you told me and the program created the new tables. The username admin and the password is still not working and I tried using two different browsers.
Oops, correction. I deleted the tables and the file and refreshed the browser and it re-created the database but the username and password admin does not allow me to login. I checked the password value in the database for admin and its set to admin and the user is not locked out.I also tried using another browser.
if password is "admin" (in clear text) crypto must be set to null otherwise it won't work.
I do not understand. The password in the database is encrypted. What should I do please? I can give you acess to my control panel if you would like to take a look at it? I am using Plesk.

Sorry we don't bring that king of support ou of our support service.
After install, without anything to change un DB, admin/admin should work.
You can change password and enter it in clear text, just set field crypto to null in that case.
