Hi,
Can someone please explain how to go about setting the number of leaves a resource can take in a year and accordingly plan the resource management.
I want to set 12 days a year, a resource can take a leave. Can this be done for all users? If so, how to do it?

This can be done though HR management system, with Leave System.
Resources must be employees.
You define one or several contract types.
You define Leaves plan for each contract type.
You link each employee to a contract type.
That's all : yearly Leaves are automatically calculated.
