You may use Demo data ( https://demo.projeqtor.org) but this is without any warranty (anyone can enter / delete data here)

- Is there a option to create the view to management and client to get the status of each project with reasoning incase of Red & Amber status?

- How to get the resourcing view in terms of percentage of their allocation ?

- Can I run project planning from activities section. Issue is that it doesnt update planned start and end date untill I run project planning which is in different screen

You enter quallity indicators on project, and they are displayed on today screen

But you can update Activities in the planning view (it's the best way to work with planning)

Thanks. I am facing a strange problem. I have two Web servers with PHP behind loadbalancers and then My SQL DB. I did lot of changes in the tool (changed cost of resourses, working hours etc.) and then shutdown the servers. After rebooting all changes were gone. Is there any setting resides on web/php servers?

I thing your load balancing is wrong.
You may have 2 different databases, then siwthcing connection does not retreive correct data.

One Query - Can project member reject the task assigned to him by project manager? How will project manager know that project member have accepted the task.

Thank you. I was trying to set quality indicators and have following queries -

I can send reminder EMail before 1 day to responsible and project manager and alert email after 1 day delay in due date. Can i send another Email to Senior management incase task is delayed for long time lets say 3 days from due date? There is no option to send the alert to people outside of project.

How to align this quality indicator to task? Please let me know the process.

You can send email to external users : just select "other" and manually enter email address

Thank you. But how can i create multiple quality indicators(using the same parameter) -

- One indicator with 1 day reminder and 1 day Alert
- 2nd Indicator with 3 days alerts
