they can't edit creation date in a ticket (i'm administrator, i can edit this date

Hello Belsebou72 ,
This "parameter" its in Access Right.
Go in Acces Right--->Specific Access--->Specific update rights
In the section "Specific update rights" you have "Can update creation information" ,this is what you are looking for.
Changed in "Yes" for Supervisor and it should be good.
