Hello,
1. Is the DB Storage encrypted? If yes, is the encrypted storage at default or do we need to need to configure?
2. if No, is there any way we can enable encrypted storage?
3. The above point is applicable to file level storage as well?

Hello,
The DB storage and file storage are not encrypted, only passwords are encrypted.
Projeqtor does not allow to do it, but you can implement this on your own with standard feature of tools (drive encryption, DB encryption).
