Would it be ok to have compulsory fields appear differently than other fields (litt? Of course as some fields can be made compulsory by choice (description, responsible for), it adds some complexity.
Also, why is the appearence of Requirement creation screen different? with red border around name? (see attached file)

It is behavior of Dojo framework : required fields appear on yellow background... after leaving the filed if empty...
Would be more that difficult because of interactive behavior : fileds may become required depending on new status and type...
Request has been recorded as Ticket #1208, but I'm not sure it will be implemented one day.
