this is an anomaly. Ticket #799 recorded.
Could you precise the test case ?

Yes,
1. Create document in directory 1. Upload document. Open document to confirm it works.
2. Change directory by selecting the different one. Try to open document - it will fail. Look in the old directory and you will find uploaded document there. If you move it manually - everything will be Ok and you can open document
