Do you have special, non ACSII, characters on you projects or activities names ?
I use html tag in then name of the task. for exemple
It is a pity not to be able to differentiate the task name to find them faster. For example with a color.

Html formatting will only be displayed in Planning and Real work allocation... and should not.
It could be a security leak.
This possibility will possibly be removed, to display the tag (like in activity list for instance) instead of formatting name with tags.
The issue your facing concerns UTF8 tranformation of non ASCII characters.
