Hi,
1) When I have part-time resources I use "capacity (FTE):" 0.8: Planning is false (time is longer than reality)
If I put capacity (FTE) to 1 and assignment rate to 80% it's OK? Why capacity = 0.8 is different allocation rate = 80%
2) When I analyze the reports I have a difference between "work per avtivity synthesis" & "work yearly" why different calculation?

Here are the differences :
Resource Capacity = 0.8 : only 0.8 per day will be planned, whatever the tasks
Project Affectation Rate = 0.8 : only 4 days per week will br planned on the project.
(so 1 day per week can be planned on another project, so resource is used at 100%)
Activity Assignment Rate = 0.8 : only 0.8 per day will be planned on this task
(so 0.2 per day can be planned on another task)
