export : possibly with some restrictions (export in ANSI SQL, rename table resource...)
but ProjeQtOr will not work with Oracle database.

Not a restriction, just a method.
For instance if you export using phpMyAdmin, choose advanced option, and in compatibility options choos "ANSI" instead of "NONE".
