I have many resource and one resource have many expertise but, in projeqtor, I can't register that.
So, i found i can register many function for 1 resource, a main function and plenty of resource cost.
The problem is, i can't filter on resource cost on the resource page for select the resource i want to use, even in custom filter popup.
How i can filter on resource cost ? If i can't, how i can register skills on 1 resource ?

Competency management does not exist yet in ProjeQtOr.
It is subject of Ticket #1020.
It is not either possible to filter on resource cost.
If you want to be able to filter on expertise, just describe expertise in "Description" field.
Then you'll be able to filter :
- create filter with criteria : description contains 'expertise'
- use quick search (to search on any text field) to search on 'expertise'
