I have a question:
I set the rights of the guest to work visibilty: "None visibile"
1) At project activity view, the guest see "work validated" ? Why
2) On Gantt view, sees all charges (validated, consumed, left, requested ?)
3) View today, sees all charges consumed and left ?

Point 1 is an awfull issues, that will be fixed on V3.4.
Point 2 also, but was simply not conceived to takle this into account, as by default gues thas no access to planning. But this should be fixed.
Point 3 : there is no detailed visibility access on reports. Reports including work should simply be removed from guest view...

There is no issue.
All works correctly.
Tested on V3.3 and coming V3.4.
You should check :
- work visibilty set to "None visibile" for profile guest
- user guest has profile set ot "guest"
- you connect as guest : I first tested connecting as admin (a reflex :blush: ) and thought there was an awfull bug.

View today, sees all charges consumed and left ?
You're right in the project view : guest can see left work in the table, an real and left work in the tooltip linked to progress.
This will be fixed in V3.4.
