I'm a new user and I'm encountering an issue with my project's planned days. Here are the details:
- I set my project start date to 1st July 2024 and end date to 1st July 2025, resulting in a validated duration of 262 days.
- I created a resource and added a couple of activities. These activities are assigned to the project, but I did not specify start/end dates for them.
- For some reason, the "planned" days for the project adjusted to 92, which is significantly less than the validated days.
I’ve reviewed all settings and configurations multiple times but can't identify the cause of this adjustment. Could anyone provide insight into what might be causing this issue or suggest any steps to resolve it?

IT is just because it is not the duration of the project that will determine the duration of tasks.
It is reversed.
Duration of tasks will determine the duration of the project.

Remember that the project adapts to its content and that the calendar duration and the assigned load that will be planned have nothing to do with it.
