Hi,
There are lots of possibilities in ProjeQtor and that can be confusing to some users. I would like to know if there is a recommended method to hide some topics that we, currently, don't want to use. For example "Requirements & tests" and "Financial".
I only found the "Access to forms" as a possible way to do that. Is it the way to go?

Yes.
On this screen you can define for each profile of user what feature will be visible.
